New git flow #197

Git flow needs to be updated, but I'm lost how it looks like right now. @sheerun @teamon

Basically everything stays the same, we have only added something like "maybe try to use feature flags for ADD FUNCTIONALITY type of features"

Example commit message does not match what is said in 2. point ("We append ID of issue in issue tracker at the end of summary")
