What's this PR do?

Cleans up a lot of files, it also goes through and makes sure all of the links are pointed to the right websites. Removed some antiquated code that is getting reworked and included in the website only version. Also removed index.html, as we now have a 2 part build process, so that we can extend how and when we include different libraries at the html level.

What are the important parts of the code?

ALL OF IT

How should this be tested by the reviewer?

following normal build procedures: npm run build && npm run start

Fixed the issues from previous with the twitter link. I also pulled out all of the numerical names.
