Document how to create nodes or port them from node-red #97

I would be willing to contribute with additional nodes, but right now there is no documentation about how to create new nodes or port them from node-red. Can you give a few guidelines? Thank you so much for your work!

I noticed the repo "https://github.com/iceddev/pagenodes-extras" to create additional nodes. Might be helpful.

@mlopezr , sorry been a bit bogged down. @rsrini7 is on the right track. We also added https://github.com/iceddev/pagenodes-nodes for the included nodes. I'll try and get some docs on all this up soon.

That would really helpful. I also request you to change the title of the README.txt, It says nodejs, babel and new inputs, which is quite misleading.
