twitter integration is broken #55

Twitter only allows API calls with oauth, apparently mingus isn't setup for that.

Ah. I'll look into either resolving this change or removing the twitter integration altogether.

Removed twitter and bitly integration in master. Won't support moving forward (for the time being at least).
