Alright, I know what's going on - I have your houserule for Size and Damage Calc turned on, when I turn it off Slayer works fine.
The "Slayer" Talent does work in a sense that it uses defender's TB instead of attacker's SB, but it doesn't multiply the damage when the attacker crits
