[Archives of the Empire: Vol II.] Magical Item Quality "Of Bane" can not be added

The magical item quality "Of Bane" can not be added through the item dialog where one choses a magical item effect to add for a weapon. (After clicking on the magical wand icon.)

Also it would be great if the journal had an actual readable table for the magical qualities of weapons.
