[Up in Arms] Grapple has empty effect and Gun Halberd has wrong link #2099

Describe the bug Grapple (up in arms) has empty effect obraz

I think that, Grapple should have effect: inflicts one Entangled Condition on a successful hit.

Also Gun Halberd (up in arms) has link to wrong compedium item. obraz
