[WFRP4e System] Weapon as trait (NPC) do not interact with weapon reach #2191

Weapon as trait in NPC sheets, such as Weapon(7), do not have a weapon reach value, and as such, a goblin attacking a halberdier PC, for example, will not suffer a -10 penalty, despite the corresponding setting being enabled.

Reproduce : any NPC that does not use weapons in trappings to determine attacks, attempting an attack against an actor wielding a long-reach weapon. Examples :

Not planned, intention is that if you want reach, use a weapon instead.
