Describe the bug The core rule book says the rogue trader receives two pieces of war gear yet the character creator only as one

To Reproduce Created a rogue trader on a fresh install of the module

Version Numbers PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FOUNDRY, SYSTEM, and MODULE VERSIONS (where applicable) foundry version 10 build 288 system v4.0.2 module core v3.0.0
