Duplicate Resolve Effect for Astrum Militarum #192

Describe the bug The Resolve option in the Effect column in the Astrum Militarum Faction item is duplicated.

To Reproduce

  1. Install W&G System and the Core Module
  2. Import the Core Module.
  3. Open Items -> Core Rulebook -> Factions -> Astrum Militarum.
  4. Click the Effect dropdown on any row of the Details tab.
  5. Notice that there are two entries for Resolve.
