I'm sure it used to be that any agent you created had Vision Enabled on by default, so when you brought them into a map they'd respect the vision settings there.
It seems like now when I make a new agent the Vision Enabled option is off in their Prototype Token settings, meaning they see the whole map. From: @disgeni wrath-and-glory: 4.2.1
