Use Bootstrap styles in password prompt popup #18

In the password prompt popup, the buttons do not have Bootstrap styles currently:

To add these styles to the buttons, some refactoring of the existing YUI code would be necessary. This can be done, but maybe this issue will simply be superseded by #15

This was solved in 11567e5166fb1ed30bacf6a5d44b64aaf31a188d for the Moodle 4.4 release
