modified to work with Moodle 3.9
- Added additional control to show/hide new contentbank link (Fixes #70 )

the release of this plugin for 3.9 is currently scheduled and the removal of the content back link is on the ToDo list.

I will handle the pull request then which is a great basis for my work. Please stay tuned.

We have finally finished the 3.9 release of this plugin and I have added the removal of the content bank node within https://github.com/moodleuulm/moodle-local_boostnavigation/commit/f64f8ab2cda72c972335a4718fabe91c04539303. I did not directly use your PR, but I used it as boilerplate and gave you the credits in CHANGES.md.
