Theme Boost Union is an enhanced child theme of Boost which is intended, on the one hand, to make Boost simply more configurable and, on the other hand, to provide helpful additional features for the daily Moodle operation of admins, teachers and students.

Child theme support: Don't force child themes to reimplement the settings to mark links and the settings to modify the course overview block, resolves #345. #548
The tests are green.
I will merge this PR now into the childtheme branch which acts as an integration buffer for the next few days as we are working on multiple child theme support improvements which should land in master all at once.
