Theme Boost Union is an enhanced child theme of Boost which is intended, on the one hand, to make Boost simply more configurable and, on the other hand, to provide helpful additional features for the daily Moodle operation of admins, teachers and students.

Feature: Allow administrators to change the order of login items on the login page without using CSS or touching the mustache template, resolves #504. #564
This is looking good. I tested it by reverting the order of local login and guest login button. Merging.
