Activity Navigation Improvement: Show static text as link name (not activity/section name)

Problem The name of the previous/next link is equal to the name of the previous/next section or activity. If those names are long, the link name is long, meaning that it will break into two or even several lines. Therefore, the previous/next links look untidy and might even have a different height.

Improvement Idea The main funtion of the links should be to enable previous/next navigation, not necessarily inform about the content of previous/next pages.

• Instead of showing the name of the the previous/next section/link, show a static text like previous activity, next activity, previous section_, next section ... This way, the links would look identical on each page and the design would look cleaner. A static text must change depending on the language the user has set.
• Show the the previous/next links as buttons. This could improve the design even more.

We discussed your proposal and your design looks really more clearly but it gives less information.

We thought about using activity items and cutting the titles of the activities. Perhaps this would also fulfil your needs while adding instead of leaving information.
