Smart menu card has multiple open in new tab icons but does not open in new tab #618

Describe the bug Maybe I am setting this up wrong. I create a new menu for navigation area. Selected cards for the items. Added a new item and this is what it looks like -

I am on Moodle 4.3.3. Boost Union 4.3r10 Here are my settings..

Just wondering why there are three separate open in new tab icons and an arrow icon and the other icon that I selected...all click to the link I entered - none of them actually open in a new tab...

Dear @emmarichardson the icons, you refer to, are not marking a link, that is opening in a new tab, but an external link. You can configure, where this icon is shown, in the admin settings of boost union (feel/links).

But I agree that this does not look really good, so we will have a closer look at it.

The screenshots of your settings show, you configured the link to open in a new tab. If I use this setting, it works fine, I cannot reproduce a bug here. Could you please tell us, which system and browser you are using?
