Feature: Display course shortname in course index #654

Based on discussion in #572, we want to optionally display the course shortname in the course index.

Hi Christian,

thank you for sharing the issue.

As a user I would want the course title in the course index to remain sticky on top of the course index.

Reading Bobs comments in the theme forum - we should think about when to display the course title (i.e. not only on the course start page but also when viewing an activity). See also https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=458151#p1840142). A follow up question could then be, do I want to have to course title as a link when it is on the level of the activity page. See also https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=458151#p1840858. IMHO this could make sense even if there is a breadcrumb, already containing the course title with a link to the course start page, since the breadcrumb is not sticky.

But it is also a question of consistency: ... activity page - the link would link back to the course start page ... course start page - what would the link aim at? Do we need a link here?
