Feature: Smaller headline on small devices #68

Is it possible to get a smaller headline on small devices? When you take your iPhone in landscape mode and you see the tab line and the headline then you will get only a very small place for the real information on the Moodle site.

Please look at https://heise.de to see that the headline, the browser navigation and the browser address field are moving away when scrolling up the page in landscape mode. The complete display is used to show the content. If you scroll down you get back the browser navigation and the browser address field.

The Moodle theme "Adaptable" moves away the browser navigation. https://adaptable.ws/demo/ And also the Moodle theme of the community sites https://moodle.org/ and https://moodle.academy

But perhaps Moodle should make the default Boost theme better …. see https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-75344

We consider this a valid request since the core boost theme doesn't seem to react on the above mentioned tracker issue. Should maybe even be a good first issue.
