Boost Union Footer Not Hidden #680

After setting Boost Union Theme to Hide Footer on All Devices on the Site Administartion->Appearance->Boost Union Theme->Content->Footer, there is no change on pages, The Footer - the circle containing the question mark at the bottom of the page still showing on the desktop while on Mobile Devices, the footer section at the bottom is still showing. accidentionally I answered that this is a bug, as I checked the footnote (not footer). That's not applicable for the questionmark = "footer". Testing on serveral different Versions for Moodle and Boost Union we could not reproduce your finding. So, quite sure, everything is fine - no bug identified so far. Can you reproduce your finding on a plain vanilla (original) Moodle. What different configurations do you have on your platform (custom css, back to top button, chat button, bottom bar on/off or any different configs?

I removed the "bug" label and wait for more info or details.

HiThanks for your response, however the question mark still showing on my various devices mobile and desktop after setting hide on all devices on the boost union team. I even upgraded from moodle 4.2.7 to 4.3.5 but same problem persists. Could it due to our running moodle on cluster servers. I will follow your advice and test this on plain vanilla moodle. Thanks again
