Some stickyfooter icons sneak into the viewport. #736

Describe the bug After some modifications, you might see stickyfooter elements in the viewport which should be lower down and hidden.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install some other language packs
  2. Create a new course
  3. Enable editing mode
  4. Switch the language
  5. See error

Expected behavior The stickyfooter is hidden.

Moodle 4.5. Tested in Firefox and Chrome.

I'll open an issue on tracker.moodle.org. This can be reproduced using standard Boost on https://qa.moodledemo.net.
