Add info about $beforebranch and $afterbranch commit to the run info #4

With values $beforebranch = MOODLE_25_STABLE we don't have any info about the commit, we can:

Force users to write hashes rather than branch names
Add info about the branch to the test run

The aim is that we know exactly which one is the last commit when we see the run info

I've added info (version, branch and last commit) about the site running so it will be reported in the .php run file and appear in the dropdown menu as well
