Restrict comparisons to runs with the same base #6

The results view should display an extra drop down menu to select which base do we want to use, this way we avoid wrong interpretations of resutls

It will also require changes in the moodle-performance-comparison side, the current filters are already helpful, but we need to directly prohibit comparisons with different $basebranch.

I've raplaced the base commit (rather than updating it like we talked) because it will be the first one to include the moodle version the test plan was generated in. Also is 2.6beta :)
