Set the site settings to detect more performance regressions #7

Something like what I proposed in https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-39605, at this stage of running performance tests would be hard to add enough HTTP request to the test plan to test everything, so enabling advanced features and setting course listings on frontpage would help us detect more regressions.
