Forum Conversion Error (MDL 2.4 & 2.5) #24

In Moodle 2.4 & 2.5

Converting a core forum to ForumNG fails.

Creating forum structure.....

Can not find data record in database table forumng

Tested on MOODLE_25_STABLE branches of Moodle & ForumNG with a MySQL database.

The actual table name is mdl_forumng - is it maybe not taking into account the table prefix setting?
