There is no development plan for this at all.
I’m not sure how you could hack this as I don’t see the external blogs setup in profile – is this something that is only accessed through the native blog? If so, then I don’t see how it could work without having some similar setup in oublog.
You could add something that did this to your own system fairly easily if you had a local plugin that added profile fields for the external blogs and then picked these up in a cron job and added in the posts to the oublog (they would have to be added to the global personal blog).
Many thanks for your quick answer. I'm on Moodle 2.5.1. The external blogs seems to be a native feature of Moodle's blog: users can define a rss url in their own profile. So there is a native table named blog_external and a cron job to import external posts in the default blog. I hoped that it was possible to "plug" OUBlog in this.
