entirewiki.php line 184 calls ouwiki_print_footer, but the page does not call ouwiki_print_header. This results in an extra </div> which renders <div id="page-footer-wrapper"> outside of <div id="pager">

Finally (sorry about delay) found and fixed this error. Added to our local master branch, will be updated on the next push to GitHub repository.
