New Hebrew translation #1

Please see if you can add the new Hebrew translation Nadav :-)

btw, I have stopped sending Hebrew translation directly to developers and started uploading them directly to AMOS (lang.moodle.org) for some time now.

Agree that is better way to do it in future! (Not entirely sure if subpage is set up correctly for that at the moment, but... :)
