Fix question display according to Moodle 3.9 style #10

This fixes the style for the display of question in Moodle 3.9 : Before, the checkboxes and the related proposition where on 2 lines. Now the style is the same than the "classic" Moodle multiple choice question, for 3.9. Maybe a 3.9 branch should be created for this modification...

Thanks for working on this. I fear that the CSS cahnged again in 3.10 Moodle core, so there may be more changes needed. I will look at this shortly.

This got fixed internally at the OU, and we are just releasing the latest version here.

So, I will close this.
