Lines 28 and 45 - Fix for PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class "mod_quiz_attempt_walkthrough_from_csv_testcase" not found in /var/www/html/question/type/varnumeric/tests/stats_from_steps_walkthrough_test.php:44 when running PHPUnit tests.

Line 32 - Removed required file from code as requested by latest update: ++ This file is no longer required in Moodle 4.2+. Please do not include/require it. ++

I just pushed the latest OU code changes, which fix this, so closing this.
