Plugin not working with Procotrio Learning Integrity Platform

Problem description This plugin is not working in conjunction with Proctorio Learning Integrity Platform (LTI Integration). After the Proctorio prechecks Moodle only shows an empty page, the browser tab says: "Exam Agreement Page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure LTI-Integration of Proctorio*
2. Create exam
3. Enable proctorio
4. Enable honestycheck
5. Save exam
6. Open exam, Click "Start Test"
7. Execute Proctorio prechecks
8. Click "Start Test"

Result

• Proctorio shows message: "Waiting for Moodle"
• An empty page appears

Expected behaviour

• Show the Consent popup or a consent page either before or after the Proctorio prechecks
