Preserve emailto info when on-demand

If you switch your report from scheduled to on-demand, the "Automatically email to" config is deleted. The problem:

• Cannot email from an on-demand report
• You cannot test an existing query without losing the email recipients

I suggest preserving the email to config, and to the field "What to email", adding the option "Nothing".
