New PR with the WS. Squash commits into 1. Fix all pipeline errors. Delete bickbucket pipelines

Hi @timhunt coming back with a new PR, a lot more clean, I have squash commits into 1, delete the bickbucket pipelines file, fix all the Moodle Pipeline erros. Let me know what do you think of this PR
