(anonymous) how many students selected each topic #22
It would be helpful for lecturers to know which topics were the most favorited ones.
This would also help with issue #21 if the algorithm is correct and just everybody voted for one topic to be their least favorite topic.
This issue is similar to #16 but requires hard numbers instead of an ordered list.
