add branches in Github for Moodle versions #32

Demanded by university: have a branch for each moodle version, e.g. MOODLE_30_STABLE, MOODLE_31_STABLE and MOODLE_32_STABLE

We keep Master branch as main development branch. For features and "special versions" we have extra branches. These are tested and merged with master.

For moodle version support: Please rever to Moodle.org plugin repository where we keep copies of compatible code for Moodle versions. https://moodle.org/plugins/mod_groupformation For easy tracking, the named versions of code from the plugin repository (e.g. v1.2-b) are set as TAG in github.
