Allow to dublicate a configured groupformation activity in Moodle LMS #58

Currently, the context-menü for the activity groupformation does not allow/contain the entry "dublicate". This would help, if several similar groupformations (e.g. for different groups of moodleusers visible) are to be configured.

This is truly desirable but guess a lot of work. Therefore we need to proper implement the backup functionality. https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Backup_2.0_for_developers But I will talk to our MaTSEs (Azubis), they are currently implementing a plugin incl. this functionality.
