Remove A-B-Groups from all versions except Darmstadt studies #72
Currently the scientific research version of the plugin creates Moodle groups A and B and assigns users to them. This is a requested feature for the studies in Darmstadt University, but irritates colleagues conducting studies e.g. in Mainz University or elesewhere. Thus, add a boolean/setup that easily allows disabling of that feature for all other study locations except Darmstadt.
