Dialog Modal #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open new Window as Modal mode
2. The parent window menus is enable

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The menu of parent should be disable when open a dialog modal

It will make a regression due to a problem with dbusmenu (glib with bus watcher 
"com.canonical.AppMenu.Registrar")

the fix was released on test ppa again:
ppa:danjaredg/jayatana-test

Thanks to "justinkb" he found the base error "Android Studio hangs when opening 
dialogs"

The menubar is locked when open modal dialogs is supported
