the suffix of ask_ functions determine the type of action/output, not the source. ask(, context_script()) is not much harder to type and I don't want too many shorthands, it's a rabbit hole.
If shorthands prove necessary I hope we can find a good suffix for those, may ask_from_script() or something, but better to just have none I think.
