implement arguments code = TRUE/FALSE/NA

it will interact with the prefix argument :

• prefix not NULL && code TRUE : comment as header, and code below

• prefix not NULL && code FALSE: only show headers, no code (empty blocks with only block id if no header), except in control flow blocks

• prefix not NULL && code NA: show headers instead of code when we have headers

• prefix NULL && code TRUE : default behavior, show only code

• prefix NULL && code FALSE: show all empty blocks, , except in control flow blocks

• prefix not NULL && code NA: same as default
