It's highly unlikely that someone would pipe a boolean into if, thus a special case for if should not break code nor consistency with magrittr.

In a line with an if / else statement :

condition is evaluated without adding dots
yes and no, we apply the usual treatment, meaning implicit dots are used only if {} isn't used
if there is no else, we don't return null but the previous result

I think it d be convenient, but maybe confusing? Let it rest and decide later
