define image size for default magento images

@mp-bbaldridge, test sizes based in 400-450 px image container for site, using 1:1 ratio @ 3X size of container with max file size of 3KB.

Confirm container size from @silk-software before merging final dimensions

image frame can be adjusted to 1:1 ratio across entire site by editing config.xml located:

/app/code/local/Codazon/Themeframework/etc/config.xml
