(Emerald) Captured wild Mew disobeys like a high-level traded Pokemon #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I caught a Lv 7 Mew on Route 116
2. I sent it out in battle
3. It refuses to attack in battle, instead giving disobedience messages

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mew should listen to commands, as it was caught in the wild. Instead it behaves 
like a Pokemon received in a trade whose level exceeds the highest level 
afforded by your badges. In fact it's even worse than those because disobedient 
traded Pokemon will still sometimes attack, but Mew disobeys every time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.1, Windows XP Professional (5.1, build 2600)

Please provide any additional information below.
I used a Premier ball. Mew is a jerk.

I received Mew as starter in Fire Red, and he was disobedient to me in the Gary 
fight and then against wild Pokemon afterwards, similar to the above.

There is hack detection for Mew and Deoxys in all Gen3 games.  You will not be 
able to fight with them, unless you catch them in the normal place.

Version 1.3 will remove the disobedience check from Mew and Deoxys as part of 
the randomisation process.

randomiser (just patch the rom with Lunar IPS).
