Improve README #3

We want to have the biggest repo. for problem solving and specially the well known ones. In multiple language, even if pseudo code

Would be nice if you help with README and adding some issues

hi @moogacs, what you want in README? some images, code, etc.? or just text?

@m4tr1k if you can support both I want to add most of the websites for problem solving and if there's solutions and if someone have a problem but not a solution can add it as an open issue
