Oddities in versioninfo.ini #261

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the versioninfo.ini 
2. Read the line ProgramReleaseDate=30.12.1899
3. meditate on life, death and everything

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I really don't know. Always like the Steam Punk settings :-)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyScripter 1.9.9.2 on WinXP

This is the result of different date formats.  It is totally  inconcequencial.  
 You
just get wrong dates of available upgrades.  I have fixed this in SVN so dates 
are
saved as numbers.
