pyscripter crash on close #284

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. exit pyscripter in win x64
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? pyscripter closes 
without error. instead I receive an error box.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pyscripter 1.9.9.4
windows vista 64bit

on my vista machine the 32 bit python 3.0 release

I'm experiencing a similar crash on my win XP laptop. though it seems to go 
away when 
I launch with python 2.6.

PyScripter v1.9.9.4 does not yet support Python 3.0.
