Expected behavior

I expected that when I had sub domain enabled that I would get a popup that let me choose the sub domain and then save the credential.

Actual behavior

I am on Mac OS 10.15.5 and I do get a popup but it says choose sub domain and then doesn't give me any choices, no drop down, no buttons, and the device doesn't store the credentials at all.

Step by step guide to reproduce the problem

Use a Mac, enable sub domains, go to site with sub domain enter new credentials, see popup that is unusable.
