py to exe #10

How would i convert this file to exe? i tried pyinstaller but it wont work.

pyinstaller would work, and it is not meant to be converted to an exe. many features would break.

Is there any way to make the file load without having python installed or to make the file look some what normal.

without turning it to an exe, no.
