this is probably caused by a problem with the configuration of your player
software.
please check whether everything is set like it is described in the FAQ and
report
back.

are you sure that you've hooked up your receiver via SPDIF? it sounds to me
that
you're using the analog ports.
reinstalling windows won't fix things - it's a better idea trying to narrow the
error down.

Hello again:
my receiver is hooked up via optical cable, im not using analog, I have heard
somewhere that exist a part in the software (windows) or hardware (sound
card)that
bypass when you use passtrough and when you use wimanp or other software that
produce wave and use sound mixer. could be this???

nope, I don't think so - the driver is written in a way that the passthrough
mode
has priority over PCM playback.
I'd like to ask you to confirm that the driver has been install correctly by
running
cmicontrol.exe and checking the last tab. Additionally, could you please try
media
player classic in conjunction with ffdshow for DVD/media playback? This is the
most
robust combination of software when it comes to passthrough mode that I am
aware of.
The FAQ on this site contains information including screenshots on how to set
up the
software for passthrough.

running cmicontrol.exe just confirms that the driver has been installed
correctly -
there are some pitfalls for the installation.
powerdvd uses its own code for passthrough.
