That's because the driver isn't signed and Vista 64 requires all drivers to be
signed. A digital signature would set me back 400$ per year so I don't exactly
have
the incentive to buy one.
However, the FAQ has an entry which gives hints on how to disable the driver
signing
("How do I permanently disable the enforced driver signing in 64 bit edition of
Vista?").
Good luck!

This seemed to work. Now I can't get the driver signing disabled as per the
info on
the FAQ. I will keep tweaking and see what I can do.
Thanks!!!
